Far from the hustle and bustle, yet right in the heart of the Ötztal – we warmly invite you to spend the best days of your year with us in Zwieselstein.

Our newly built apartment house (opened in 2018) is located in the charming village of Zwieselstein, nestled between the two top ski resorts Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. It’s the ideal starting point for winter sports or summer adventures in the mountains.

You’ll stay in modern yet cozy apartments for 2 to 5 people – perfect for couples, families, or friends.

Welcome to our personally managed house!

We take great care and attention in looking after our building. We are on site every day, personally coordinating arrivals and departures and ensuring that everything remains peaceful, well-maintained, and harmonious.

A pleasant atmosphere for all guests is particularly important to us—that's why we pay close attention to every stay and are always available to answer any questions.

Even in summer, the beautiful Ötztal offers countless, varied activities.

In our house the ÖTZTAL SUMMER CARD is included.

Our accommodation belongs to the Bike Ötztal Homes. We not only care for you as a guest, but also take care of an appropriate accommodation for your bike.

We therefore have a lockable storage room where the bike is safely stored. We also offer a place where you can wash your bike. If you need to make repairs or want to take care of your bike in an exemplary manner, there is an assembly stand and the appropriate tools.
