Prices
The prices are per apartment and day incl. VAT. Up to 3 days we charge a surcharge of
10% per apartment.
Resort tax
Resort tax all the year € 4,00 per person / day
2024: CURRENTLY EXEMPT from 2009-2024, NECESSARY from 2008 onwards
Ski room
Our house also has a ski room with a heated boot dryer.
In the summer we have a special bike room for you.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 15 clock - for arrivals after 18 clock we ask for short information.
Check-out: until 9:00
Smoking
In our apartments smoking is not allowed. In front of the door is an ashtray ready.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Deposit & payment options
We charge a prepayment of approximately 30%, which is due on the day of booking.

31 DAYS CANCELLATION GUARANTEE

Up to 31 days before arrival cancel free of charge and get your money back or change your booking free of charge.

From 30 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee of the total price will be charged

A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 7 days after the booking is completed.
This applies in case of withdrawal by the guest = agreement deviating from the AGBH 2006 points 5.5 and 5.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not applicable. With the exception of the cancellation conditions see above (points 5.5 and 5.6), the
General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry apply.
Please note that the booking and cancellation conditions may differ on various booking platforms.
But if you want to be on the safe side, take out a travel insurance.
